Lovely sighting okie!

I have to wonder what it looks like now as that area seemed to miss out on much of the rains this year.
Even in Feb/Mar. the general bush/veld looked very dry.

Hi Elsa,
You mentioned that you wonder how Grootvlei dam is looking now. I also looked at those photos posted by Okie.

This was taken 27 July 2012 (Last weekend) when Mads and I visited the North of the Park. Photos taken from the Dam wall.

I know exactly how you felt about reversing on that wall :D Lukily for us the Ellies did not really want to leave the water and I could go to the end and turn around. My daughters love to tell anybody willing to listen about their mother's reversing skills :D
